Four people have been charged with murder in connection with a homicide at a public housing building in St. James Town in December, 2014.

Wasfi Ghalban, 47, was found dead in his apartment on Wellesley St. near Bleecker Street on the night of Dec. 3, 2014 after a friend of his reported him missing to police.

A cause of death in the case was never released, however police said at the time that Ghalban was found with “significant signs of trauma.”

Police also said that they were “satisfied that robbery was a motive” for the attack.

On Wednesday police charged Philip Frauts, 40, Kyle Schindermann, 31, Christopher Fuller, 33, and Lance Burkhard, 33, in connection with the case.

Frauts, Schindermann and Fuller all appeared in court to answer to the charge on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Burkhard is due in court today.
