TORONTO -- Two Toronto-area brothers and two teen boys have been arrested in alleged sexual assaults on a four-year-old girl, police said Friday.

Raymond Savoie, 43, and Michel Savoie, 40, are charged with gang sexual assault, sexual assault and sexual interference, while the two boys are charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.

The teens are now 17 and 18 but were both youths at the time of the alleged incidents so neither can be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

All four are known to police, Det. Const. Krystal Mosher said in a news conference.

Mosher urged anyone with information to come forward.

"Raymond Savoie is possibly babysitting children in the community, so if parents recognize this male and have been dropping their children off with him, I'd like for them to contact us," she said.

The alleged assaults took place between 2010 and 2012, and the accused were arrested April 10, police said.

The girl is now seven years old.
