WINDSOR, Ont. - A foster mother in southwestern Ontario has pleaded guilty in the sexual assault of her foster child.
The 45-year-old woman from Lakeshore, Ont., 30 kilometres east of Windsor, pleaded guilty today to one count of sexual assault.
Court in Windsor was told the woman and her husband were foster parents to a 14-year-old boy.
Between November 2008 to February 2009, the woman and boy had sex about half a dozen times, sometimes under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
The woman's husband caught the two together and called police.
The woman will be sentenced in May.
