MERRICKVILLE, Ont. - Ontario provincial police have arrested an eastern Ontario man on child porn charges thanks in part to information provided by the FBI in San Francisco, Calif.
Police searched a home Tuesday in Merrickville, south of Ottawa, and seized a laptop computer alleged to contain images of child pornography.
Timothy Wade, 41, is charged with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of making child pornography available.
He is to appear in a Brockville court Wednesday for a bail hearing.
