Duo who died after police chase identified

ORILLIA, Ont. - Two people who died after a police chase in Orillia on Tuesday have been identified.
Police say 28-year-old Jacob Sabourin and 19-year-old Rachel Merredew were both from Kingston.
Provincial police began the chase on Highway 11, but called off the pursuit when the car exited at Memorial Avenue in Orillia.
It then hit a hydro pole, ejecting both driver and passenger.
The Special Investigations Unit is probing the collision.
