Toronto police have confirmed the city's 35th homicide victim is 22-year-old Zabiullah Mojaddedi, and that he died from a gunshot wound.
The victim was shot in a drive-by shooting last Wednesday in the Gilder Drive and Eglinton Avenue East area.
Post-mortem results were released Saturday.
He succumbed to his injuries shortly after 1 a.m. on Thursday at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
