Charges are pending against a TTC bus driver after a bus crashed into a parked flatbed truck in Scarborough.
Police say a northbound bus travelling on Morningside Avenue south of Lawrence Avenue East hit the parked truck around 11:45 p.m. Thursday.
It is not clear how many passengers were on the bus at the time. Some were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The front of the bus, including the door, was heavily damaged.
Toronto Police Sgt. George Fotopoulos told CTV News that charges under Ontario's Highway Traffic Act are pending.
The investigation is ongoing.
