TORONTO - Courts have ordered the organizers of Toronto's Caribana festival to change its name after the Caribbean Arts Group took control of the title last week.

The Ontario Supreme Court ruled the current organizers can't use the name Caribana any longer because it belongs to the CAG.

The arts group founded the massive parade along the Lakeshore, but no longer runs it.

The parade is still scheduled to run this summer, and will receive about $500,000 in support from the city.

The new name will be announced next week.
