TORONTO -- Police in Toronto have issued a Canada-wide warrant for a 23-year-old man identified as a suspect in a fatal shooting at a west-end community centre in November.

Neeko Mitchell, 25, was shot multiple times in front of the North Kipling Community Centre on Nov. 24, 2013, in what police say was a targeted shooting.

Det. Sgt. Brian Borg says investigators have issued a first-degree murder warrant for Reshane Hayles Wilson of Mississauga in Mitchell's shooting.

Borg says Hayles Wilson's whereabouts are not known and appealed to him to contact a lawyer and surrender to police.

Mitchell had gone to the city-run community centre to watch a basketball tournament, and Borg says he was ambushed and killed "execution-style" shortly after arriving.

Borg says investigators believe they have identified all of the people involved in Mitchell's shooting, but wouldn't say how many other people police suspect were involved.
