HAMILTON, Ont. - A man who was injured after falling six storeys from an apartment balcony in Burlington, Ont., faces assault charges.
Police allege the host of a small party was attacked before the suspect fell off the balcony early Sunday.
The host was treated at hospital for a leg wound.
Lucas Mayhew, 21, of Burlington, has been charged with aggravated assault and assault.
Mayhew remains in hospital and is due in court Aug. 15.
Police say the fall from the balcony did not involve foul play.
