LONDON, Ont. - Police in London, Ont., say a baby boy who was rushed to hospital earlier this month died today.
The infant, who was nine weeks old when he died, had been rushed to hospital Aug. 2 after police and paramedics responded to a report a baby was not breathing.
Police had issued an arrest warrant for the baby's father, 21-year-old Rourke Desmanche, on two counts of assault and one count of possession of crack cocaine.
Const. Amy Phillipo says police will consult with the Crown about other possible charges.
