A 65-year-old Toronto art teacher charged in the alleged sexual assault of a girl is facing additional offences involving two more young complainants.

Chung-Kwong Cheung was charged April 16 after a 13-year-old girl told police she was assaulted while at the Toronto Academy of Art, located at 3880 Midland Ave., which the accused operates.

Following the arrest, two children aged 11 and 13 came forward with additional complaints.

As a result, Cheung is additionally charged with:

  • Three counts of sexual assault;
  • Two counts of sexual exploitation; and
  • One count of sexual interference.

He was to appear in court on Wednesday.

Police believe there may be other victims and encourage them to come forward.
