Police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal shooting in Etobicoke.
Anthony Smalling, 23, was shot three times in the chest late Friday night on Capri Road in the Rathburn Road and The East Mall area.
Smalling was rushed to St. Michael's Hospital without any vital signs and succumbed to his injuries overnight.
Juede Rayon Noel, a 24-year-old Toronto man, surrendered to police on Wednesday. He has been charged with second-degree murder.
