BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Provincial police have charged another suspect in the beating death of a Mississauga man nearly a year ago at a campground in Tweed, Ont.

Bradley Van Diepen, 27, died in hospital after he was found injured at Trudeau Park, northeast of Belleville, during the long weekend last May.

Police have charged 27-year-old Azad Sooknanan of no fixed address with second-degree murder.

He made a brief court appearance Tuesday in Belleville.

Three other men face charges in the case.

Charges against a fifth person were stayed.
