Police are working to identify three suspects who allegedly broke into a home in North York earlier this month.

The incident happened on Dec. 13 near Yonge Street and York Mills Road.

Toronto police said they were called to that area just after 10 p.m. for reports of a break-and-enter.

According to investigators, three suspects walked through a wooded area and entered the backyard of a residence. They then allegedly broke through the glass of one of the basement doors and entered the home, before fleeing the property through the wooded area.

The first suspect is described as being in his early 20s with a moustache. He was last seen wearing a zip-up hoodie, sweatpants, and shoes with dark laces, and carrying a crossbody bag.

The second suspect is described only as wearing a face covering, a toque, a jacket, sweatpants, and work boots, while the third also worse a face covering, a sweater, and track pants, and carried a cross body bag.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Toronto police at 416-808-3200 or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
