HAMILTON - A 21-year-old Hamilton man is facing two charges after a local child pornography investigation.
Hamilton police say they began investigating last year after learning that images were allegedly being uploaded from a local address.
They arrested David Welsh yesterday and charged him with possession and distribution of child pornography.
Welsh has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
