Two teenagers have been arrested after separate overnight stabbings in Mississauga sent two men to hospital.

In the first incident, a man was taken to hospital with critical injuries after he was stabbed multiple times at approximately 10 p.m. Friday, police said.

The incident occurred near Hurontario Street and the Queen Elizabeth Way in Mississauga.

Peel Police say two 17-year-old suspects have been arrested in connection to the stabbing and charged with robbery, aggravated assault and theft.

Police say the victim remain in serious but stable condition.

In the second incident, a man was stabbed multiple times in Mississauga's Jack Darling Park at approximately 12 a.m., police said. The man, who is in his twenties, was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said. As many as six individuals were seen fleeing on foot.

Police said they have no suspects in the case.
