A pair of major interruptions to TTC service made getting around the city tricky for many Torontonians Saturday.

Service was suspended on the Scarborough RT line from about 4 p.m. Friday due to switch problems. Shuttle buses replaced service between Kennedy and McCowan stations during the delay. Service resumed around 6 p.m. Saturday, the TTC said.

There is also currently no service between Kipling and Keele stations on the Bloor-Danforth line due to previously scheduled construction.

Shuttle buses are running with full service not expected to resume until 6 a.m. Monday.
