OPP have charged a 21-year-old driver after he was clocked going 145 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
The incident happened Sunday around 9 a.m. on Highway 10 at Mono Centre Road in Orangeville.
Police pulled over the man, who was driving an Audi sport utility vehicle, and charged him with racing.
OPP suspended the driver’s license and impounded the vehicle for seven days.
The accused will appear in an Orangeville court at a later date.
