A 24-year-old man was arrested by Halton Regional Police after investigators alleged a suspect lured children using a Snapchat account.
Police believe the suspect was using the app to communicate with children online. The Snapchat account used the name of a former Burlington resident, Myles Erlick, on the Snapchat account, according to investigators. Erlick, an actor with roles on Broadway and several Canadian television series, was contacted by police and has nothing to do with the Snapchat account.
The victims are between the ages of 12 and 14, police said.
Thornhill resident David Kron was arrested and charged with three counts of child luring and child pornography offences.
