Two people are facing charges and another two people are wanted after a rash of swarming-style robberies near the Eaton Centre early Saturday morning.
Police say they received six separate reports for street robberies in the Yonge Street and Dundas Street area between 3 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Saturday.
It is alleged that three men and a 17-year-old boy were swarming a number of people and robbing them of their personal property.
In some of the cases, police say that one of the men also produced a handgun.
Two of the suspects were arrested shortly after 8 a.m. and a replica handgun was seized.
The two other suspects, however, were not apprehended and remain outstanding.
Darian Rodriquez, 20, of Mississauga, is facing 31 charges, including five counts of robbery with a firearm
A 17-year-old boy, meanwhile, is facing 26 charges, including five counts of robbery with a firearm.
Police have not released descriptions of the two outstanding suspects but have put out surveillance camera images.
