Police have one suspect in custody and are looking for two others in connection with the alleged robbery of a man and his young daughter at Scarborough Town Centre.

Police say the incident occurred on Nov. 22, when the 25-year-old man and his daughter were allegedly attacked and robbed in a hallway by a black male in a red hoodie. Police also allege that two other suspects stood guard at the end of the hallway while the alleged incident took place.

Investigators say the suspect approached the male victim from behind and ripped the chain off his neck. The male victim held his daughter in his arms to protect her during the attack.

Police have released security footage of the incident and are asking for the public’s help in locating two of the three suspects.

The main suspect has been identified as Roland Nugent, 32, of Toronto. He has not yet been located, and a warrant in the first instance is currently in effect for his arrest.

One of the two alleged lookouts is now in custody.

Joseph Rowan, 24, of Toronto, is charged with one count of robbery.

The identity of the second lookout remains unknown, police said.
