Toronto police have arrested a 70-year-old man in connection with two sexual assaults in a North York park.

Police say both victims were sexually assaulted in Roding Park, near Jane Street and Wilson Avenue, between July and September 2014.

According to police, the first occurrence happened in July when a 14-year-old girl was sitting on a bench and a man approached her. Police say the female was sexually assaulted and the man fled.

The second occurrence was in September 2014 when a 28-year-old woman was walking through the park. She was “chased and tackled” by the man, according to police. The female was then sexually assaulted, police add.

Police believe there may be more victims.

Keneth Grey, 70, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault.

Grey will appear in court on July 2.
