Toronto police are trying to identify a man who exposed himself and committed an indecent act aboard a subway train last week.

Police said the incident occurred on an eastbound train somewhere between Kipling and Dufferin stations on March 27 at about 4:15 p.m.

After committing the indecent act, the man followed a woman as she exited the train and he was last seen walking south on Dufferin Street from Dufferin Station, police said in a news release Tuesday.

The man is black, 35 or 36 years old, about five-foot-seven and 190 pounds. He was wearing a navy New York Yankees baseball hat, navy blue winter jacket, and black running shoes, and he had a black Nike knapsack, according to police.

Anyone with information is asked to call investigators at 416-808-1400 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
