Police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting that occurred outside of a Scarborough home.

The body of 28-year-old Toronto resident Abdulaziz Farah was found by police outside a home on Fawcett Trail near Morningside and Mclevin Avenues at around 12:40 a.m. Saturday.

The victim had been shot multiple times, said police.

Police said witnesses reported seeing a black four-door Acura with chrome rims flee from the scene. Witnesses also reported seeing a silver car in the area at the time of the shooting.

The black Acura belonged to the victim, police said.

Police are requesting the public’s help to locate the Acura, which has an Ontario licence plate with the number “BMEP115.”

Investigators said witnesses should not approach the car, because the occupants are considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees the car is asked to call 911.

Investigators want to speak to the occupants of the silver car and ask that anyone who has information about the vehicle to contact police.
