Police have a released a security surveillance video and images that show two men wanted in connection with a series of ongoing gas-and-dash robberies in the GTA.

The suspects -- both believed to be between the ages of 30 and 40 -- have been attaching stolen license plates to different vehicles prior to stealing fuel at gas stations, York Regional Police said in a statement Wednesday afternoon. The stolen plates shown in the images are ITAL6 and BPAP791.

In the video, a suspect is seen filling up a black SUV, cleaning the vehicle's windows, before driving off without paying for the gas. He has brown hair that is tied up in a ponytail and a beard. Police say he is approximately 6'0 feet tall and has a medium build.

The second suspect is described as having black hair.
