Police have custody of a three-year-old boy and his five-year-old brother after they were taken from the Children's Aid Society in Kingston, Ont. Monday morning.

Live helicopter images from CTV Toronto's news helicopter showed a 2010 Dodge Avenger being pulled over by police near the Donald Cousins Parkway and Highway 407. Children who resembled the missing boys could be seen being removed from the vehicle.

York Regional Police have confirmed they have the two in custody and that while they are shaken, they are unharmed. Their father is also in custody.

The boys are now in the custody of the Children's Aid Society, but police did a quick stop at a McDonald's restaurant to get them a snack.

The children were taken from the Children's Aid Office on Montreal Street in Kingston, Ont.  at around 9:30 a.m. Monday. Police say the suspect threatened a CAS worker with mace as he left the building with the boys.

Police say the man flew into Toronto on Saturday and rented a vehicle from the Budget Rent A Car at Pearson International Airport. He told staff at the rental agency that he would return the car by 11 a.m. Monday but never showed up.

The man is facing charges of parental child abduction.
