Police say they have laid charges against a Toronto man in what they are calling a child exploitation investigation.
Police said a suspect was charged after officers with the Toronto police child exploitation section searched a home near Kipling Avenue and The Queensway on Thursday.
Ruben Villegas, 22, is charged with two counts of luring a child under 16 and single counts of agreement or arrangement – sexual offence against a child under 16, accessing child pornography, and possession of child pornography.
The investigation continues.
