Toronto police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man whose body was pulled from Lake Ontario over the weekend.

On Saturday at around 9 a.m., police said they received a call about a person in Lake Ontario near Billy Bishop Airport.

When emergency crews arrived, police said the man was pulled from the lake but was pronounced dead at the scene.

The man is described as a white male between the ages of 45 and 55, approximately five-foot-nine and 160 pounds. He has short black and grey hair and a black and grey beard. He was found wearing a grey long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and an aqua blue coloured running shoes with orange stripes.

In an effort to identify the man, police have released his photo.
