A pedestrian has died after she was struck by a vehicle in Scarborough.
The pedestrian was struck in the intersection of Lawrence Avenue and McCowan Road at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Police said the 70-year-old was attempting to cross Lawrence when she was struck by a westbound Chevrolet Cobalt driven by an 82-year-old woman. The Cobalt was then rear-ended by a westbound Honda Civic being driven by an 84-year-old woman.
The pedestrian succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
