A section of Bathurst Street that was shut down overnight after a vehicle collision brought down a light pole has reopened, police said.
Emergency crews responded to a call about a car crashing into a light pole near the intersection of Bathurst Street and Heathdale Road at about 3:35 a.m. Saturday. The collision caused the pole to fall over, bringing along with several electrical wires, officials said.
Bathurst Street was closed between Burton and Heathdale roads until approximately 11:10 a.m.
No injuries have been reported as a result of the incident.
Traffic Services is still investigating.
