BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Police say a 22-year-old woman is facing several charges following alleged assaults with a high-heeled shoe and spit.
Police say they went to a Belleville, Ont., adult entertainment establishment early Thursday after someone reported two female employees were fighting over a chair.
Investigators say the dispute had escalated into a physical altercation and one of the workers had struck the other with a high-heeled shoe.
One of the women was arrested and taken to the police station, where police allege she spat on two officers.
Amanda Soucise of St. Catharines, Ont., is charged with assault, assault with a weapon and two counts of assaulting police.
She's to appear in Belleville court on Feb. 24.
