One person has died and three people have been transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a loaded dump truck rolled over on Highway 401 near Yonge Street.
More than a dozen firefighters responded to the crash and at least nine vehicles were involved in the collision, OPP said. It happened at around 4:30 p.m.
In a tweet on Tuesday afternoon, the OPP said the eastbound express lanes on Hwy. 401, between Allen Road and Yonge Street had been closed.
The closure remained in effect until about 1 a.m.
