Toronto police say two people are facing charges in the death of a 43-year-old man whose body was found following a fire on May 17.
Police allege a man who was visiting Paul Ventura's apartment set it on fire.
John Jackman, 47, of Toronto is charged with first-degree murder and arson with disregard for human life.
And 43-year-old Lulieta Dalipi of Toronto is charged with accessory after the fact to murder and attempting to obstruct justice.
Police say the investigation into the homicide is ongoing.
