A teen is in hospital this morning with serious injuries after a stabbing in Rexdale last night.
It happened in the parking lot of a plaza near Finch Avenue and Albion Road at around 10 p.m. Monday.
Paramedics say a male in his late teens sustained multiple stab wounds and was rushed to a Toronto trauma centre via emergency run.
Police described the victim’s injuries as “very serious” but added that the teen is expected to survive.
Investigators have not yet released any details about possible suspects.
