Toronto police have released new footage in connection to a murder that happened outside an unlicensed club in October.

Officers are asking for the public's help finding a suspect and three people of interest they believe are connected to the death of Andrew Surage, a 47-year-old father of five.

Surage died of a gunshot wound to his chest after an early-morning incident on Oct. 5, at a club on Weston Road.

Police are looking for a male suspect, who they believe assaulted and robbed Surage's friend, then fled the scene when Surage confronted him. Police suspect the man then returned to the scene with a gun and shot and killed Surage.

They describe the suspect as a non-white man with light skin, between 5-10 and six feet tall, with a muscular build and black curly hair.

Police are also looking for three other people of interest, two black men and a black woman.

On Tuesday, officers released additional footage of the suspect and people of interest, showing them arriving at the club and walking back and forth in front of a security camera, from their car to the club and the scene of the robbery.

After the time of the robbery, the suspect and a person of interest are seen returning to the car. Police believe the suspect retrieved a hand gun at this point. The suspect is then seen walking back towards the scene of the robbery, and looking around the parking lot.

Later, he is seen walking with a gun in his right hand, then running to his car to flee the scene. As he speeds away, he hits another car and narrowly misses two pedestrians.

Police say the suspect’s car is believed to be a 1998 purple Honda Accord.

"To me, it's a cowardly act. Mr. Surage and his friends were by all means peaceful. They didn't have any weapons on them. And there’s no rhyme or reason to why he felt he had to come back and shoot Mr. Surage," Sgt. Graham Gibson told reporters Tuesday.

Anybody who recognizes the suspects is asked to call the Toronto Police homicide squad.
