Toronto police are appealing for witnesses after a break-and-enter that led to a “large flood” in a condominium building.

The incident happened on November 16, 2014 at a condominium building on Widmer Street, in the Spadina Avenue and Adelaide Street area.

It is alleged that an unknown man broke into a storage locker on the condo building’s fifth floor and then went up to the 17th floor and damaged a pipe, causing a large flood.

The man is described as between 19 and 25 years, having a medium build, short dark hair with facial hair and approximately 5’10”.

The suspect was wearing a purple dress shirt, dark pants and black shoes at the time of the break-and-enter.
