Police have charged one person with impaired driving after a vehicle collided with a gas main in Scarborough.
The crash occurred at approximately 3 a.m. on Saturday, in the area of Brenyon Way and Sheppard Avenue East.
Police say the vehicle left the roadway and drove through a fence before hitting the gas main.
No injuries were reported.
Police say one person was taken into custody at the scene and charged with impaired driving.
Roads in the area were closed while crews capped the gas leak, but have since reopened.
