TORONTO -- A Toronto man is facing upgraded charges in an attack on another man after police say the victim died of his injuries.
Police say Frank Colucci, 54, was assaulted on a west-end sidewalk last week and placed on life support.
A suspect, 35-year-old Adam Disalle, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
Police say Colucci died of his injuries on Friday, prompting them to upgrade the charge to manslaughter.
Disalle was due in court Monday to face the new charge.
