Barrie police say they’ve arrested a 70-year-old man who was allegedly selling crack cocaine in the area.
According to investigators, the man and a 55-year-old woman were arrested by the Barrie police’s street crime unit on Sunday.
An undisclosed amount of money was also seized during the arrest, police said.
The man has been charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. He is expected to appear in court on Monday.
The woman has also been charged with possession of crack cocaine. She has been released on a promise to appear in court in September.
