Three men behind a botched mob hit that left an innocent woman paralyzed will be let out of jail on parole this week.

In April 2004, Louise Russo, then 45, was in a California Sandwiches restaurant waiting to purchase a sandwich when the drive-by shooting occurred.

As other bystanders dove to the floor, Russo was shot in the spine and paralyzed.

Police later said the shooter was trying to kill the three men waiting in line behind Russo – a drug dealer and two body guards.

Four men pleaded guilty to the crime.

They reached a controversial plea bargain in 2006, in which they paid Russo more than $2 million in order to receive reduced sentences.

Of those men, Peter Scarcella, Paris Christoforou and Mark Peretz will be out on statutory release this week.

Antonio Borrelli will be eligible for release in December.
