A man from Markham is facing murder charges a week after a Brampton man died of injuries in hospital.

The victim was found at a Brampton business on Jan. 21, at approximately 7:30 p.m. Police were called to Hybrid Logistics, in the area of Woodslea and Airport Roads, where they found the man unconscious and injured.

He was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He was later identified as 51-year-old Sebastiano Sinisi.

A week after the incident, Peel Regional Police said they'd arrested a 53-year-old Markham man in connection with the case. Doru Robas has been charged with first-degree murder, police said.
