A man was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after being shot multiple times in Scarborough Saturday evening.
The victim, believed to be in his 20s, was shot in a parking lot in the Lawrence Avenue East and Brockley Drive area, just east of Midland Avenue, shortly after 6 p.m., a representative with Toronto Emergency Medical Services said.
Police say the man is currently in stable condition in hospital.
Investigators are currently looking into whether the shooting may have been captured on surveillance cameras located in the area.
No suspect information has been provided by police.
