Man stabbed during fight in east-end pool hall

A Toronto man is in hospital on Friday after being stabbed in the city's east end.

Toronto police said the 19-year-old male was stabbed during a fight between two groups inside Club Kennedy, a pool hall on Kennedy Road near Steeles Avenue East.

Toronto EMS says the man was stabbed in the back and the leg shortly after midnight. He was transported to a trauma centre with non-life-threatening injuries.

Toronto police continue to investigate the incident and search for suspects.
