One person is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a tractor-trailer flipped over onto a car in a multi-vehicle collision on the Gardiner Expressway Monday morning.
It happened shortly after 10 a.m. near Islington Avenue.
Crews worked for over an hour to extract the man before he was taken to hospital by land ambulance. Police said heavy supports with rigs were needed to deal with collision.
An air ambulance had been dispatched, but was called off. Two other people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
