A man in his 30s is in life-threatening condition after he was pinned between a bobcat and a truck at a construction site in the city’s Emery Village neighbourhood on Friday morning.
Toronto Police Const. Victor Kwong said emergency crews were called to a construction site near Weston and Lanyard roads at 8:44 a.m. Friday.
Kwong said the man was somehow caught between the two vehicles and appeared to be unconscious.
He was rushed to a hospital trauma centre via ambulance emergency run.
Kwong said the Ministry of Labour will be notified.
