One man was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after being shot multiple times in the city’s downtown core Tuesday night.
It happened on George Street, between Dundas and Gerrard streets, at around 8:30 p.m.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting were not immediately known.
The 26-year-old victim was shot multiple times in the back and groin, police said.
Suspect information has not been provided.
Police continue to investigate.
