Man flags down ambulance after being shot in head

A male in his 20s was transported to hospital early Sunday evening after being shot on the right side of his head.
The man was shot near 407 Gerrard St. East in Toronto but was found a few blocks away when he flagged down an ambulance that was stopped at a red light.
EMS crews said the man was conscious and breathing and was transported to St. Michael's at Queen St. East and Victoria Street.
Police say they are speaking to one possible suspect.
