A man who became upset about the prices at a movie theatre concession stand was arrested and charged on Sunday after allegedly threatening two theatre employees.
The suspect allegedly told movie theatre staff at SilverCity Cinemas at the Yorkdale Shopping Centre that he was going to go home and get a gun.
Staff called police shortly after 1:30 p.m. to report the incident.
Police attended the scene, and located and arrested a man. Police said he was not armed with any weapons at the time.
Andre Blais, 51, of Toronto is charged with two counts of threatening death and two counts of criminal harassment.
