LAKE DALRYMPLE, Ont. -- A 51-year-old man is facing a murder charge after a weekend disturbance in a village north of Lake Simcoe.
Police say a 44-year-old man was found dead Saturday night in a home near Lake Dalrymple.
A post-mortem was scheduled for Monday at the coroner's office in Toronto.
The victim's identity was not immediately released as next of kin had yet to be notified.
Darrell Walton of Eldon Township is charged with second-degree murder and possession of a prohibited firearm.
He has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Lindsay on Friday.
